Lease Terms

* Most of our leases are 12 month leases running August to July.

* We require a one month security deposit when the lease is signed.

* We run credit and criminal background checks on all applicants.

* Students are required to have a parent co-sign the lease.

* Rent is to be paid via EFT (electronic funds transfer) on our website. Rent can be paid separately by each tenant.

* no pets with out approval, no smoking
